Great service, reliable and recommended. Called in to check the gas stove on September. Kevin was really personable, checked everything thoroughly and explained what was happening. He went the extra mile and double checked the gas connection, to make sure everything was working properly.

My hot water stopped working and I searched for local plumbing and was happy I engaged them Bill was clear and honest with his appraisal of the issue and sent out his guy the same day. Thanh arrived on time and fixed the issue and my hot water system was running back again. Josh and Stuart did a fantastic job with a toilet replacement and a new toilet installation in the bathroom. The boys had it tough digging through the hard clay soil at the side and back of the house to lay the new pipes and connections.Jeff came back a few days later to install the replacement toilet seats as both original ones were found broken during delivery by E&S.I will highly recommend Bill-Request Now to anyone looking for a reliable plumber at a reasonable cost to match.

I've used Request Now Plumbing Services in the past and used them again recently & recommend them highly. I had both Bill and Harris and help me with a faulty hot water system I had, and Harris came to see me on Sunday to do the job when my old system completely stopped and I was in a bit of trouble with no hot water. He installed a brand new system and did a great job all in the same day. A highly professional team and Harris was very polite and friendly all throughout. I saw their 5-star Google reviews and wasn’t sure at first, but now I understand why they’re rated so highly.Jeff, the gas fitter was friendly, professional, and did the job perfectly from start to finish. Highly recommend Request Now Plumbing because of DIMITRI, he is so diligent, and came to fix my very old leaking tap, and he even vacuum the interior of the tap to get rid of the residual all the bad stuffs, otherwise I will be drinking bad water. I don’t think other plumber will care to do that, but Dimitri actually vacuum it without me knowing what’s inside. Thanks a lot Dimitri. He even came at 7am to accomodate my working hours. Very much appreciated mate for keeping me healthy besides fixing the leaking old tap.

We have used Request Now Plumbing Service for a few years now, we just had a gas hot water system replaced (we were not present at the time however organised for someone else to be), they emailed photos of work done, also removed the old system for us.
